At Timeless Tastes LLC ("Timeless Tastes"), we strive to accurately and transparently represent every watch and piece of jewelry we offer through detailed descriptions, condition notes, photographs, videos, and direct communication with our customers.
Because our inventory primarily consists of pre-owned, vintage, collectible, and individually sourced merchandise, the following return policy applies to purchases from Timeless Tastes.
24-Hour Inspection Period
Customers must inspect their purchase promptly upon delivery.
If an item is materially different from its listing or documented sales agreement, the buyer must contact Timeless Tastes within 24 hours of confirmed delivery to request a return.
If Timeless Tastes confirms that the merchandise was materially not as described, the buyer will be eligible for a 100% refund with no restocking fee, subject to the merchandise being returned in accordance with our return instructions.
Returns for Items Accurately Described — 20% Restocking Fee
If the merchandise received is consistent with its listing, photographs, disclosed condition, and documented sales agreement, the buyer is not automatically entitled to a full refund.
Timeless Tastes may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, approve a return for reasons including:
- Buyer's remorse
- Change of mind
- Fit or sizing preference
- Personal preference
- The buyer deciding they no longer want the merchandise
Any such approved return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For example, if a $10,000 watch is accurately represented and Timeless Tastes approves a discretionary return subject to the 20% restocking fee, the restocking fee would be $2,000.
Approval must be obtained from Timeless Tastes before merchandise is returned.
Return Condition
All authorized returns must be received in the same condition in which the merchandise was delivered.
The watch or merchandise must include all boxes, warranty cards, papers, booklets, tags, bracelet links, straps, accessories, and other items originally included with the transaction.
Unless the return concerns the relevant condition itself, merchandise may be ineligible for a discretionary return if it has been:
- Worn beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection
- Scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged after delivery
- Altered or modified
- Polished or refinished
- Serviced or repaired
- Opened by the buyer or a third-party watchmaker
- Sized without authorization
- Separated from accessories or documentation included with the sale
- Otherwise returned in materially different condition
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization from Timeless Tastes.
Do not ship merchandise back without receiving return instructions from Timeless Tastes.
Once a return has been approved, Timeless Tastes will provide appropriate shipping, packaging, insurance, and security instructions.
Inspection of Returned Merchandise
All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt.
Timeless Tastes may compare the returned merchandise with photographs, videos, serial numbers, condition records, accessories, documentation, and other records created before shipment.
A refund will be processed after Timeless Tastes confirms that the merchandise satisfies the applicable return conditions.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage, loss, suspected theft, or package tampering must be reported to Timeless Tastes immediately.
The buyer must retain all original shipping boxes, labels, packaging materials, and merchandise while any carrier or insurance claim is investigated.
Photographs, video, carrier documentation, or other information may be requested.
Deposits and Holds
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, deposits used to reserve merchandise are non-refundable.
Our standard approved hold arrangement requires a 20% non-refundable deposit and allows merchandise to be held for up to seven days.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed period may result in cancellation of the transaction and forfeiture of the deposit, subject to applicable law.
Final Sale Transactions
Certain merchandise or individually negotiated transactions may be designated Final Sale.
Any Final Sale designation will be disclosed before completion of the transaction.
A Final Sale designation does not eliminate any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, including remedies that may apply when merchandise has been materially misrepresented.
Summary
Materially Not as Described
Contact Timeless Tastes within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. If the discrepancy is confirmed, the transaction qualifies for a 100% refund without a restocking fee.
Accurately Described / Change of Mind
Return acceptance is at the discretion of Timeless Tastes and, if approved, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Condition
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and with all included accessories and documentation.
Authorization Required
All returns must be approved by Timeless Tastes before being shipped back.
