These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Timeless Tastes LLC ("Timeless Tastes," "we," "us," or "our").
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable product description, condition information, price, payment terms, shipping terms, Returns & Refunds Policy, and these Terms.
Independent Dealer
Timeless Tastes LLC is an independent dealer of luxury watches and jewelry.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Timeless Tastes is not an authorized dealer, agent, affiliate, or representative of any manufacturer whose products we sell.
Manufacturer names, model names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the merchandise offered.
Pre-Owned Merchandise
Unless expressly identified otherwise, merchandise offered by Timeless Tastes is pre-owned.
Pre-owned and vintage watches may display scratches, dents, polishing, patina, fading, aging, bracelet stretch, replacement components, previous repairs, service-related changes, or other characteristics associated with previous ownership.
We endeavor to disclose known material condition issues accurately.
Photographs form an important part of the description and should be reviewed before purchase.
Authenticity
Timeless Tastes stands behind the authenticity of merchandise it sells.
Known aftermarket, custom, modified, or non-original components will be disclosed when identified.
Because vintage watches may have undergone servicing or component replacement throughout their history, Timeless Tastes does not represent that every component of a vintage watch is original to the date of manufacture unless specifically stated in writing.
Condition Ratings
Condition descriptions such as Unworn, Excellent, Great, Good, Fair, and Vintage are subjective assessments intended to help customers evaluate merchandise.
These descriptions should be considered together with photographs, videos, condition notes, and any additional disclosures supplied before purchase.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change until a transaction has been confirmed and payment terms accepted.
Obvious typographical or technical pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment to the extent permitted by law.
Payment
Accepted payment methods may include:

Payment is not considered complete until funds have been received, confirmed, and cleared or otherwise irrevocably available to Timeless Tastes.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Where Timeless Tastes agrees to accept USDT or another digital asset, the wallet address and network must be confirmed before transmission.
The buyer is responsible for sending the correct asset using the correct blockchain/network to the verified address.
Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.
Any refund involving cryptocurrency will be handled according to the written terms agreed for the transaction and applicable law. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the dollar amount of an approved refund, rather than subsequent fluctuations in the market value of the cryptocurrency, determines the refund obligation.
Fraud Prevention
Timeless Tastes reserves the right to request identification, proof of address, proof of funds, payment verification, or other reasonable information before completing a transaction.
Transactions may be delayed or declined where information cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required.
Customers requesting resale or other tax-exempt treatment must provide valid documentation before completion of the transaction.
Timeless Tastes reserves the right to reject exemption documentation when it does not reasonably appear applicable to the transaction.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of documentation they provide.
Shipping
Shipping arrangements are determined according to merchandise value, destination, insurance requirements, and security considerations.
Domestic shipments are generally sent using fully insured FedEx Overnight service.
Timeless Tastes may require shipment to a carrier Hold at Location facility, signature, identification, or other security procedures.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and complying with carrier pickup and identification requirements.
Any suspected shipping loss, theft, tampering, or damage must be reported immediately.
International Transactions
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and compliance with applicable import requirements unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Timeless Tastes will not falsify transaction prices, customs values, invoices, descriptions, or other government documentation.
Returns
All returns are governed by the Timeless Tastes Returns & Refunds Policy disclosed before purchase.
Customers should review that policy before transmitting payment.
Water Resistance
Water resistance is not guaranteed on pre-owned or vintage watches unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
A buyer intending to expose a watch to water should have it professionally pressure-tested beforehand.
Mechanical Performance
Unless expressly warranted in writing, no specific timekeeping tolerance, power reserve, amplitude, water resistance, or other mechanical-performance specification is guaranteed for pre-owned or vintage merchandise.
Manufacturer Warranty
The inclusion of a manufacturer warranty card does not necessarily mean manufacturer warranty coverage remains active or transferable.
Manufacturer warranty eligibility is controlled by the applicable manufacturer.
Third-Party Services
Timeless Tastes is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by independent watchmakers, jewelers, service centers, polishing providers, modification services, shipping providers selected independently by the customer, or other third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Website photographs, descriptions, graphics, branding, and other original Timeless Tastes content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without authorization.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Accuracy
Timeless Tastes makes reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate.
If an obvious clerical or typographical error appears in a listing, we reserve the right to correct it to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material information communicated directly to a buyer and incorporated into the documented sales agreement will be honored.
Limitation of Terms
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
